I have decided to enter the coaching profession after a life spent, as manager and executive, in the editorial and entertainment business worlds, to integrate and take to completion my personal attitudes, interests, passions, which have driven my personal development so far in my life.The years spent as General Manager of PlayStation Italy have opened up my interest and attention towards the importance of establishing harmonic relations with those around us and the development of human resources, which I consider the most important asset of Companies and Organizations of all kind.Coaching recognizes and stresses the values of mutual respect, listening and attention to others which have always underlined my personal life choices. On top of this the concrete and effective nature of the Coaching partnership makes it the method of choice to tackle changes successfully, promote awareness and growth.
Within my profession, regulated in Italy by the Law n. 4 of January 14th, 2013, I stand by ICF (International Coach Federation) standards, adhering to the  ICF Code of Ethics and the 11 Core Coaching Competencies.
As regards the 11 Core Coaching Competencies, I have found many similarities with the spirit and the practice of some Oriental teachings, such as meditation and Tai Ki Kun (Tai Chi Chuan), which I have been practising for many years. This experience has helped me develop effectively some of the Core Coaching Competencies such as establishing trust and intimacy with my client, being present and in an active listening mode to what my Partner is saying and manifesting, inspiring awareness and facilitating evolutionary transformation. All this I am happy to put in the service of my coaching Partners growth and development.
On July 2013 I have published my first novel (in Italian only at the moment), thus fulfilling a lifelong dream and some hard work…
